It was also created as an educational and environmental opportunity for youth to learn about camping and outdoor safety skills including; how to start a fire from scratch, how to access and produce clean drinking water and other intro how-tos are taught/demonstrated. This is also an opportunity to engage with the natural world, as well as, discover a variety of mindfulness practices and life skills for greater overall wellness and joy with life. Join us for our first ever Family Empowerment Camp! Our 3-part camp will be held on September 7, 14 and 21th. Sundays from 2:30-4:30pm, at the Wellsprings Friends School in Eugene, OR.

This camp is a dedicated space for parents, guardians and caregivers - to learn about mindfulness tools, to prioritize self care, restoration and empowerment.
